2019

A photo of Mahoney's studio with a description was featured in Hyperallergic's A View From the Easel  on March 29, 2019.

 "Blush," was exhibited in New England Thread  at The Brookline Arts Center, Brookline, MA, in June-July 2019.

"Yellow" was on view in Unconventional at the Davis Gallery, Worcester, MA, June 7 - August 16, 2019.

"Hesitation" was in The Attleboro Museum's national exhibition, Opposites in June-July 2019.

2018

Virginia was a 2018 Annex Member of the Fountain Street Gallery in Boston (460C Harrison Ave., Suite 2), where her work was on exhibit in the May Annex Show, 2018. Click here for more information and images.  Mahoney was featured in Boston Voyager  in July 2018 as well.  Her website (yes, this website!) was reviewed in August 2018 by Richard Malinsky,
