Virginia Mahoney is a mixed-media artist living and working in Brockton, Massachusetts.

2021

Mahoney is included in "8 Visions 2021" at the Attleboro Arts Museum August 2-28, 2021. Reception Saturday, August 21, 2-4PM. RSVP (required) by calling 508-222-2644 x10 or email office@attleboroartsmuseum.org.

Two works by Mahoney were exhibited in the Attleboro Arts Museum's national juried show, "Real or Imagined," juried by Clare Bell, Senior Director of Exhibitions at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.  

The work, "Silence Is Complicity" was recently included in Art Fluent's international online exhibition, "ConTEXT."

Material Witness” Mahoney’s show with Sylvia Vander Sluis at Fountain Street Gallery in Boston, ran from June 2 – 27, 2021.

​The recent work, “Stay Safe” was on view in Boston City Hall Gallery from April through June 2021, for an extension of “Upended,” an offsite exhibition of Fountain Street Gallery’s core members at the Piano Craft Gallery, Tremont St., Boston, through March 28, 2021.​ Mahoney was also part of a seven-artist collaborative work, "An Upending Collaboration," in this show.
